In this section I have systematically provided diagrams, tables and notes that have been developed over more than 40 years of taxonomic study. All of it is speculative, but some frameworks are more fleshed out than others.
The goal is to make this material available for other researchers, rather than hiding it away on my hard disks, A3-books and filing cabinets.
